Welcome to our Blog!

Have you ever wondered if the vitamins you take are making a difference? You’re not alone. I’m here to tell you my story. I’ll share my experiences with different vitamins and supplement experiments I’ve tried, including the synergistic effects I’ve encountered. My name is Cara Pettit and the focus of this blog is to provide you with a resource regarding the supplement, protein, and skin care industry.

You’re probably wondering why/how I’m qualified to speak on this subject. Well, I’m not a medical doctor and therefore my advice and stories do not replace the role your health professional plays in your life.

I have, however, been an integral component of a rapidly growing health and wellness company for the past 4 years. In those 4 years I’ve learned and experienced so much! I’ve done extensive research on the products we carry, the quality of those products, and the benefits. I’ve read dozens of articles regarding the supplement industry and the benefits of taking supplements. I’ve attended trade shows to further increase my knowledge of the supplement industry and stay up to date on the latest trends. I’ve tasted and experimented with all of the products I will mention in future posts. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m passionate about what I do. 

We’re not just providing a product, we’re offering something much more valuable. We’re all about helping people find more natural solutions to better improve their lives and well-being.

I’ll brief you on a few of the things I’ve learned over the last 4 years and I’ll cover them in more detail in future posts. First off, Holy Basil is by far my favorite herb! I’ve learned mixing certain herbs can really create a calming experience and attitude. I’ve found just how important it is to have protein for breakfast and after your workout. 

I’m still learning that stress is a part of life and it’s how we deal with it, along with our perspective towards it, which makes all the difference. I’ve realized the importance of taking things one day at a time, or rather one hour at a time. I’ve found that eating non-GMO, organic and natural foods make me feel vital, whole and energized. I’ve explored the concept of conventional farming vs. organic and come to understand how we can all live in greater vitality by eating organic. And, I’ve learned being present and mindful of exactly what you’re doing each moment is paramount to both your emotional and physical health, but I continue to struggle with this.

These are just a few of the things I’ve been blessed to discover. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my experiences with you and provide a helpful resource!
