Selling on Amazon can be daunting, especially for beginners. One good way to gain more understanding and insights on how to successfully sell on Amazon is to attend trade shows. Trade shows are a good way to meet vendors, find out the latest trends, and source new products to sell. It also gives you the chance to scout out your competition so you can get ahead of the game.

There are plenty of trade shows that are held year-round. You can choose from among the best trade shows to be your venue for learning and establishing your network. Here are a few of the larger e-commerce workshops and shows to consider.

The Seller’s Conference

This is a bi-annual conference that used to be known as the Sellers Conference for Online Entrepreneurs. It is one of the oldest gatherings for online sellers. It caters to small businesses, perfect for the beginners who are searching to identify and implement business strategies to increase revenue.

Amazon Professional Sellers Meetup and Workshop

It is a smaller annual event that hosts around 400 Amazon vendors. It includes a workshop for private labelers with a focus on how to optimize current listings and to promote new product launches. It also hosts a number of speakers who will discuss important topics that will help Amazon sellers.

The Prosper Show

Held this year on March 13 to 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Prosper Show is one of the few e-commerce conferences that is held exclusively to Amazon vendors. It is billed as a “continuing education conference for established Amazon sellers,” and its content is designed for Amazon sellers with intermediate or advanced experience.

The Prosper Show aims to meet the needs of both private label sellers and advanced sellers. The 2019 Prosper Show will be held from March 18 to 19.

Sellers Summit

This year’s conference was held from May 3 to 5 at Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. It offers a curriculum based experience that is designed to operate on two main tracks: one for novices and one for pros. It aims to help fledgling businesses identify potential sourcing vendors and develop a blueprint to scale their business. It also focuses on advanced techniques such as search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, conversion optimization, and copywriting.

There are plenty more e-commerce conferences that are held in the various regions of the country to cater to the needs of the local Amazon sellers. Continue to watch our blog for additional Amazon seller help and updates on e-commerce conferences that we’ll be attending.
